Pendant les vendanges, les Vignerons Indépendants de l’Hérault vous proposent une nouvelle expérience : devenir Vendangeur d’un Jour® !
On résume souvent le métier de vigneron au seul moment des vendanges ; c’est surement parce qu’il est en effet crucial dans le cycle de la vigne et du métier de vigneron. En devenant Vendangeur d’un Jour, le visiteur entre dans l’univers d’un vigneron indépendant en partageant son quotidien pendant les vendanges.
C’est ainsi qu’à travers le prisme des vendanges, le vigneron propose au visiteur d’expérimenter les différentes facettes du métier de Vigneron en immersion totale dans un domaine viticole. Il appréhende ainsi l’ensemble du métier de Vigneron Indépendant qui maîtrise de A à Z la culture du raisin et l’élaboration de son vin.
Devenir vendangeur d’un jour, c’est aussi et surtout une atmosphère inimitable, faite de rencontres et de convivialité dans des groupes de taille restreinte, rappelant l’ambiance authentique d’une vraie «colle»*. Une expérience grandeur nature dont vous vous rappellerez longtemps !
Au programme : Accueil au domaine, compréhension du terroir, du climat, des cépages et des paysages viticoles, cueillette des baies, pressurage, visite des caves, dégustation. Selon la formule proposée, un repas du vendangeur viendra parfois clôturer cette riche demi-journée de découverte du métier de vigneron indépendant.
*nom donné traditionnellement à l’équipe de vendangeurs et vendangeuses.
Niché au pied d’un ancien volcan, au cœur des ruffes et des basaltes, le Domaine de l’Aster a grandi de génération en génération, au fil des mariages et des unions, comme un patchwork. Les cépages typiquement languedociens y sont mis à l’honneur, à une exception près, le Petit Manseng, qui se prête aux vendanges plus tardives.
C’est dans ce paysage hors du commun que Vincent Bilhac et son père Jacques vous proposent de venir tenter l’expérience originale de vendanges tardives, peu pratiquées dans la région. Au passage, vous apprendrez tout de l’appellation AOP Languedoc Pézenas dont Jacques est le président. Et les échanges se poursuivront autour du traditionnel repas du vendangeur.
